Hey, I'm Kirsty Louise and I craft memory keepsakes made from clothing. I take pride in receiving precious memory filled clothing and transforming these items into keepsakes to be kept for a lifetime.
From uniforms and babygrows to clothing from loved ones no longer with us, I can create keepsakes that you will treasure forever.
All of the little details and features from the clothing you send me are included withhin your keepsake so that no memory is forgotten. One of my favourite parts of the process is finding embroidery, buttons, patterns, personalised elements and so much more that I can work into your design.

What is a memory keepsake?
Memory keepsakes are a wonderful way that allow you to treasure all of those special and sentimental items of clothing. This might be all of your favourite outfits that your baby wore as a newborn and throughout their first years, student nurse tunics, school uniforms for school leavers, military uniforms or even those items of clothing worn by a loved one who has passed. Each one is completely unique as such different items of clothing are used so no two ever look the same.
No longer will you have bags full of clothing stored in your loft taking up space, now you will have a usable keepsake that you can treasure and use forever.
Taking the clothing and outfits that you send to me, I look though all of the little details that you will remember and use those within your keepsake that is made. Any type of fabric can be used and I’m also able to include some fabric accessories from hats and bibs to socks.
Memory bears are an extreamly popular way to treasure sentimental clothing and don't require too many items. They can be made from one adult sized piece of clothing or approx 7 babygrows.
Keepsake blankets and memory quilts are also a beautiful way to have sentimental clothing turned into a keepsake that you can use everyday. With three different sizes available these are also machine washable.
Are you outside of the UK?
My studio is based in the UK and the website will only accept orders from the United Kingdom. I am able to create keepsakes for those of you elsewhere in the world and you can place an order using my Etsy shop which can be found here
To date I've created and posted keepsakes not only to the UK but also to many other countries such as America, France, Germany, Australia, Canada and Switzerland to name but a few.
