Final price;

All final prices paid includes materials needed for making your keepsake and return postage of your finished item. The cost of you posting the clothing to me is not included within your final price.

 

Postage;

Your keepsake is posted to you via Royal Mail special delivery. This means it’s fully tracked and normally delivered within a day or two of dispatch. 

When you post clothing to me it’s up to you on which courier and type of postage you use. I do strongly suggest adding ‘return to sender’ details on the back of your parcel and I will always confirm when your clothing arrives safely with me.

 

Payment;

There are a range of payment options for you to select from at the checkout and full payment is required when placing an order. Klarna may be available if you are wanting to pay in instalments.

 

After placing an order;

When your order has been received you will be sent full instructions on what to do next, including address details for where to send the clothing to. 

 

Keepsake styles;

Each style requires a different amount of items so please read the description throughly.

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges;

As all keepsakes are completely personalised and made to order we do not normally offer refunds or returns. If there is an issue with your item when it’s delivered then please contact us with 14 days and we will aim to resolve this for you. Each case is dealt with on an individual basis.

 

Unused items of clothing;

If any items of clothing have not been used then they will be post back to you alongside your completed keepsake. This very rarely happens as I do give a suggest amount for each style.
