Keepsake quilt name add on

Are you ordering a keepsake quilt? Would you like a name or initials adding across the centre of the patchwork? 
Just place an order for this name add on and include one extra item of clothing and I will then add a name onto your quilt for you.

This is suitable for all three sizes of the keepsake quilts.

Please include a note with the clothing that you send with the name. This is for one first name only as there isn’t enough space to add more than this. If you would rather the name is at the top or bottom please mention this on your note otherwise it will be placed centrally.

One of the items of clothing that you send will be cut into letters spelling the name that you would like including over the top of the patchwork.
